The Zvezda recreation park in the Sovetsky district of Novosibirsk began selling entry tickets for 3 thousand rubles – with this subscription you can leave your car not only on the beach, but also on the territory of the Horizon Patio Hotel, the Azimut-N tourist base and the ski complex “Klyuchi”.
“Entry of cars to the territory of the Zvezda recreation park through a privately owned driveway is paid. The maintenance and repair of the passage is carried out at the expense of the owner, – Mila Obraztsova, creative director of the NEOCOM company, explained the reasons for the paid travel on the territory. – Please note that the entrance to the territory of the recreation park “Zvezda” is free and free. ”
She explained that the money for the entry of cars is spent on the maintenance of the park and the beach. Including cleaning the territory from garbage and firewood, monitoring the sanitary condition of sand, mechanical cleaning of sand, removal of household waste. “We also monitor and participate in preserving the coastline from erosion and maintain order in the forest area of the park,” a company representative clarified.
According to her, in April-May, when there are fewer visitors, a single entry costs 100–150 rubles. In July, when there are more visitors and more household waste with them, the entry fees may be higher. At the same time, rescuers, police, ambulances enter the territory free of charge.
“Article 6, paragraph 8 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation says:” Every citizen has the right to use (without the use of mechanical vehicles) the coastal strip of public water bodies for movement and stay around them, including for the implementation of amateur and sport fishing and mooring of floating equipment ” … Thus, the Water Code directly restricts the entry of cars to the beach or coastline, and we only help to comply with the legislation and make sure that the coast does not turn into a garbage dump and car wash, ”explained Mila Obraztsova.
Entry fees often raise questions from townspeople who want to drive to the coast by car. In 2016, there was such an incident with Boomerang Beach – then the administration explained that they were taking money for parking.
