Just in time for the summer show season, Fine Lines and Jenny Hammons Co. will enter their third, and final, phase of business integration: the culmination of a partnership forged in June 2015.
As of June 1, 2017, the two companies and their collective resources will be known simply as Fine Lines, a West Coast agency powerhouse representing 80 lines across a territory stretching from Las Vegas to Los Angeles to Seattle.
The final phase of the merger will create a more seamless experience for customers by combining the two companies’ websites to finelinescompany.com. The merger of the two companies started in June 2015 with a strategic alliance between the two companies to share business development strategies, best practices and line acquisitions. In phase two, an integration of operations created stronger customer relations across lines, a greater sales force and marketing efficiencies for its expanding customer base.
“The last 24 months have paved the way for a creation of one dynamic organization that covers the entire west coast. It’s a really exciting time for Fine Lines and our customers,” said Matthew Katzenson, Fine Lines owner and CEO. “We are grateful to Jenny Hammons for her stewardship during the transition period and wish her well in her retirement.”
Fine Lines has represented gift, fashion and home décor companies in the Western United States for 28 years. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the company has two showrooms at the Los Angeles Mart, a showroom in Las Vegas at the World Market Center Las Vegas and a showroom at the Seattle Mart. The company has 19 employees and 80 lines, including Compendium, European Soaps LTD, Homart, Jelllycat, Roost, Paddywax, Random House and Workman Publishing.
