1. T-28
Soviet medium tank T-28.
In 1930-e years of the T-28 was considered the best medium tank in the world. The Soviet machine has got three towers, strong booking, a powerful cannon and machine guns. The beginning of the great Patriotic war, T-28 are no longer produced, but very successfully resisted the invaders. The famous battle scene, when the lone T-28, retreating, passed through almost the whole Minsk, occupied by the Germans. The driver rammed the car, pressed the soldiers of the enemy. Just on the outskirts of the city, the heroic crew was stopped by anti-tank artillery.
2. T-34

Soviet medium tank T-34 is deservedly considered the best tank of the Second world war. The car was designed by Kharkiv engineers in 1940 and got sloped armor, a powerful 76-mm gun and a diesel engine from a bomber.
The creation of such a tank in the USSR at that time was a great technical breakthrough. And very soon the Nazi invaders was convinced on own skin. Already the first battles showed that the new Soviet tank is very difficult to knock out. The shells are the most common guns caliber 37 mm, the rebound came off a 4-inch sloping armor T-34.

3. KV-1

During the Soviet-Finnish war of 1939-1940 tank has been pilot tested, overcoming the dragon’s teeth and storming Pillboxes in the winter of Karelia. And in the summer of 1941, the machine “made a splash” among the soldiers of the Wehrmacht.

4. NO-1

6. SU-152 / ISU-152

In the years of the war, the USSR had designed several types of self-propelled guns (SAU), whose task was to destroy enemy tanks and assault on fortified enemy positions. In the presented military vehicles the soldiers of the red Army crushed the enemy and won the hardest Victory. And the history knows even 10 huge tanks, some only the size of which thrill.
