In the Novosibirsk region the average monthly salary, including taxes, reached 33 046 roubles – 1181 ruble less than the average inhabitants of Siberia.

If you count the salary of the Siberians at the subsistence level (each region is different), the picture changes somewhat: first place in the Irkutsk region – the average salary by 3.3 contains the minimum subsistence level. Next are: Tomsk oblast – 3,2, Krasnoyarsk Krai – 3,17, Kemerovo oblast was 3.13, Novosibirsk oblast is 3.07, and of the Altai territory is 2.
