Russian Federation annexed Crimea eventually face the same fate that befell one of the occupied Russian territory of the unrecognized Abkhazia (Georgia), where now there is complete devastation.
This opinion was expressed by Russian opposition leader and political analyst Konstantin Borovoy.
“To understand what will happen to the Crimea, you can look at the state of the economy of Abkhazia. This area is very intensively developed as a part of Georgia and through tourism. And today there is a different situation,” he said.
Also, in this context, the Minister recalled revealing photos from Abkhazia, which depicts a train, through which sprouted a tree.
“After some time, the Crimea will be in the same condition. And security forces – as I understand it, the same as in Abkhazia, will hold informational and human exchange between the Crimea and Russia,” – said Borovoy.
The meeting of Putin and trump: the Crimea and the Donbass waiting for the fateful decision
During the meeting between the presidents of the United States and the Russian Federation, the question of Ukraine’s Crimea and Donbas can find unexpected forms
“Trump may not give the Crimea to Russia, because he does not belong to him, but the President of the United States can offer Russia go through the Baltic scenario, when the United States did not recognize the occupation of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia by the Soviet Union, but did nothing for their release. In exchange of the Russian Federation will require a complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the Donbass and the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine”, – he said.
According to Cohen, in return, the Russian Federation may require the lifting of us sanctions. But here, trump would be an advantage.
“The trump may also require from the Kremlin not to use military force to change borders in post-Soviet space”, – he stressed.
In the coming year, Putin firmly take up Ukraine
Russia’s interference in Ukrainian elections will be total, and the goal of Moscow – through the destabilization of the situation in Ukraine to achieve the coming to power of the Pro-Kremlin candidate.
This opinion was expressed by the coordinator of group “Information resistance”, MP Dmitry Tymchuk.
In his opinion, Moscow any more does not bet on fighting, and to intervene in the election campaign in Ukraine, which starts in the autumn. With its ability to influence the Kremlin will go to destabilize the situation.
“Their first strategic line is to make coming to power in Ukraine the Pro-Russian forces, respectively, then all the problems of the Kremlin in General be solved. They will negotiate with leaders of the same race. Those of them, which Moscow considers negotiability, and which even can be positioned as a completely Pro-Ukrainian and Patriotic. These candidates will try for some dividends, by some bargaining to loyalty to him from the Kremlin, and Moscow will achieve some goals in the Donbass”, – Tymchuk told.
After the “victory of the Kremlin” in the Ukrainian elections, IDLO will leave Ukraine and will hang all the problems of the region to Kiev, and control will be from Moscow.
“This is a political line,” – said the MP.
But what tactics will come to Moscow on the Ukrainian elections – is traditionally and in the style of Putin.
“During the election campaign we can expect activation of the various protests that will be organized by the leaders of the various so-called opposition political forces, the blocking of the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet, government agencies and so on. And just on this background, we have triggered the “Holy” Moscow’s tactics, which we saw in the last two years to support protests, to arrange provocations, including the use of force in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine”, – said the politician.
