– Currently the building has citizens without a certain residence, antisocial people who use drugs, here ordinary citizens defecate. I would like to see in this building, do some institution that will benefit the city, some institution of additional education of children, the establishment of pre-school education, some municipal enterprise, – said the inhabitant of Borisoglebsk Georgy Nikiforov.
