A resident of Kozelsk was convicted of illegal entry into someone else’s apartment

The court found a resident of Kozelsk, Kaluga Region, guilty of illegal entry into a home with the use of violence. The woman was sentenced to a fine of 65 thousand rubles, according to the press service of the regional TFR.

«The collected evidence was recognized by the court as sufficient to pass a verdict on a resident of Kozelsk. She was found guilty of committing a crime under part 2 of article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation» Illegal entry into a home with the use of violence, «the press service said.

It was established that in May 2017, the convict came to the apartment of her acquaintances spouses to sort out the conflict that had arisen earlier. The door to the apartment was opened by a man. After that, the guest struck him in the face with a fist and entered the apartment’s hallway against the will and consent of the tenants.

The attacker tried to unleash a conflict in the apartment, but soon left the house.

By her actions, the convict violated the right of the person living in the apartment to the inviolability of the home, guaranteed by Article 25 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
