He is experienced, reliable, ready for dialogue, his experience will be in demand in the Pskov region,» the plenipotentiary said after reading the presidential decree on the early termination of the powers of Andrei Turchak and the appointment of the acting governor …
Vedernikov admitted that the region was new for him, and added that he was counting on the support of local colleagues. «I will be guided by the principle of continuity, there will be no sharp personnel decisions,» said the Acting Pskov Region.
On October 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin accepted the early resignation of the Governor of the Pskov Region Andrei Turchak.
