Boiler houses in the Omsk region will provide a fuel reserve after the intervention of the prosecutor’s office

The prosecutor’s office revealed that the boiler houses of Kolosovskaya Teplovaya Kompaniya LLC in the Omsk Region do not provide the irreducible fuel reserve stipulated by the law. After checking the department, this violation will be eliminated, the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Omsk region reported on Friday.

“In the Omsk region, after the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, measures were taken to ensure that the boiler houses of Kolosovskaya Teplovaya Kompaniya LLC have an irreducible standard fuel supply. The final elimination of the revealed violations of the law is under the control of the prosecutor’s office of the Kolosovskiy District of the Omsk Region,” the department reports.

In the course of the prosecutor’s inspection, it was established that as of September 28, the central warehouse of Kolosovskaya Teplovaya Kompaniya LLC, from which fuel is delivered to heat sources every day, contained 50.11 tons of coal. This is only 16% of the standard irreducible fuel supply.

“The current circumstances, testifying to the violation of the rights of consumers of public services, created a real threat of disruption of the heating season and the emergence of an emergency,” the prosecutor’s office said. The department made a presentation to the general director of the company, who considered it and took measures to ensure the minimum standard fuel supply.

In addition, the district prosecutor initiated an administrative case under Art. 9.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules for the operation of fuel and energy consuming installations, heating networks”. It was sent for consideration to the Siberian Department of Rostekhnadzor.
