By decree of October 10, the Central Bank attracted employees of the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) to help in the reorganization of FC Otkritie, such a message was published on the regulator’s website.
As follows from the order of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, another 21 employees of the Department of Restructuring of Financial Organizations of the DIA are being brought into the temporary administration of Otkritie.
This is the third increase in the number of the temporary administration in the bank, which is being carried out by the regulator. But until now, the composition of the provisional administration was formed by employees of the Bank of Russia, and not by the DIA.
According to RBC, this involvement of employees from among the DIA is necessary to accelerate the recovery process of FC Otkritie. «Recently, it was decided to intensify the process in order to transfer the bank to the fund as soon as possible,» the newspaper quoted its source as saying.

Recall that on the eve of the Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia Vasily Pozdyshev said that for the recovery of B&N Bank and FC Otkritie, a total of 800-820 billion rubles may be needed.
