The police press service said three people were killed in a head-on collision between two cars in the Negev. Another person sustained moderate injuries.
MADA doctors who arrived at the scene of the accident provided the victim with first aid. The victim, a man in his 70s, was then taken to Soroka Hospital in Beer Sheva.
The accident occurred on highway 204, on the section between Dimona and Jeruham.
The press service of MADA clarifies that two of the victims are young people of about 20 years old, who were in a car that overturned from the collision.
The injured man and the third victim, a woman in her 70s, were driving in a second car.

On Ein Ganim Street in Petah Tikva, a 52-year-old cyclist was injured as a result of a fall. The victim was taken to the Beilinson hospital.
In the area of Tel Baruch Beach in Tel Aviv, a young man on an electrically powered tractor knocked down two elderly people, a man and a woman about 70 years old. The injured, with facial and leg injuries, were taken to the Ichilov hospital.

On the eve of the Simchat Torah holiday, as a result of a series of road accidents, three people died and seven more were seriously injured. The worst accident occurred at around 4:30 pm on Highway 383 in the Kiryat Malakhi area.
