Moscow birzhaMOEX October 18 excludes from the quotation list of securities of the first level of the bank shares «FK» Opening «and translates them into third-level list, according to the bank’s materials.
«Type … of the issuer’s securities … ordinary registered uncertificated shares … Name of the quotation list from which the issuer’s securities are excluded: the first level of the list of securities admitted to trading by PJSC Moscow Exchange,» the message says.

In August, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced measures to rescue FC Otkritie Bank, which until recently was one of the top 6 largest banks in Russia. This is the first reorganization using a new mechanism — the Bank of Russia, having invested the funds of the Banking Sector Consolidation Fund created this year, will become the main shareholder of FC Otkritie.
The regulator also tentatively estimated the capital requirement of the Otkritie Bank Group at 250-400 billion rubles.
