Corresponding changes in the government resolution “On state regulation of gas prices, tariffs for transportation services and fees for technological connection to gas distribution networks in the territory of the Russian Federation” should be made during the fourth quarter of 2018, the road map notes.
In addition, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Energy must develop a new methodology for the formation of a tariff for the transportation of gas before the end of the second quarter of 2019, the document says.
Now Gazprom delivers its gas through the trunk gas pipelines at internal tariffs, the rate of the tariff for the transportation of gas from independent producers is determined by the state.
