The government does not plan to seize excess profits from companies

 The government does not plan to withdraw funds from companies that have been weakened by the ruble, or redistribute them to other organizations, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters.

«The money that we discussed today is the money of companies and they will not be withdrawn. This money will be invested by the companies themselves in interesting projects for them.The state will only support, help, suggest interesting directions for companies investing these funds, create the necessary mechanisms with taking into account the tools that the state has, «Siluanov said.

He added that no withdrawals and redistribution of funds from some companies in favor of others is not expected.

Siluanov recalled that next year, within the federal budget, an Infrastructure Development Fund will be established to implement the goals of the May presidential decree.

The Russian authorities have assured the companies of the invariability of the tax burden, First Deputy Prime Minister — Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters following a meeting with the companies.

“We informed the enterprises that the government’s plans do not include an increase in taxes on business, on the contrary, we have once again confirmed that the tax burden will not change compared to the one that was discussed with the RUIE and enterprises, which has already been adopted by law. «, — said Siluanov.
