The property of the bankrupt 15 Central Automobile Repair Plant JSC (15 CARZ JSC) was sold at auction — they took place on February 12, their minutes were published last week.

According to the document, part of the bankrupt’s property located in the village of Leninsky was sold at an auction: a 59% dispensary building on Primorye Street, 1a, a bathhouse and a utility block on a plot of 19.7 thousand square meters. m. The auction was won by the Advice company, which offered a price of 21.3 million rubles.

According to Kontur.Fokus, the company belongs to the Novosibirsk businessman Nikolai Taran and is engaged in consulting on issues of commercial activity and management. Nikolay Taran also runs the Leader-N company, which was founded by the Novosibirsk developer Discus Plus.

When asked about plans for the acquired property, Nikolai Taran said that he could not disclose this information, because he acted as an agent at the auction.

Discus Plus director Alexey Dzhulai, in response to an inquiry from an NGS correspondent, said that the company was not involved in the auction.

— The bankruptcy commissioner in the bankruptcy procedure of 15 CARP JSC is Aleksey Anatolyevich Varygin, the purchaser of the enterprise’s property is Sial LLC, to which the organizations of the Discus group of companies have nothing to do, ”he said.

According to Kontur.Fokus, one Sial company is registered in Novosibirsk, it is engaged in the production of tools, but the specified phone number turned out to be incorrect. There are more than a hundred companies with this name in Russia.

15 CARZ is a defense enterprise that has been operating since 1935. In 2009, the plant became part of Oboronservis, owned by the Russian Ministry of Defense. In 2012-2013, the company was involved in the conflict between the then governor of the region Vasily Yurchenko and the president’s cousin Roman Putin.

In 2017, the plant went bankrupt, and Viktor Romanov, who had been in charge of it for ten years, went on trial on charges of embezzling funds allocated for the reconstruction of the enterprise.

The sold area is located near the village of Goluboy Zaliv and not far from the shore of the Ob reservoir: the nearest neighbors of the unfinished dispensary are the Zolotoy Bereg and Primorye hotels.
