Near Novosibirsk, they were looking for a woman who was eventually found dead. Novosibirsk investigators have completed a criminal investigation against a 45-year-old resident of the Iskitimsky district.
The man is accused of the murder of his 43-year-old acquaintance.
On April 16 of this year, a resident of the village of Lebedevka in the Iskitimsky district contacted the police with a report about the disappearance of her 43-year-old daughter. She told the police that the missing woman had not been in touch for several days, her cell phone was unavailable. The police officers interviewed the relatives, neighbors and acquaintances of the disappeared.
– Within a few hours, the police found that the disappearance was of a criminal nature. During the operational search activities, the suspect in the crime was arrested. It turned out to be a woman’s acquaintance – a 45-year-old resident of the village of Lebedevka. Previously, the man was serving a sentence in prisons for committing grave and especially grave crimes, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk region reported.
Investigators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). Investigators managed to find out that the accused was visiting the deceased from 13 to 15 April, they drank together. One day a quarrel ensued between them, during which, according to investigators, the man stabbed his friend 5 times in the chest with a knife. After that, the woman died on the spot.
– After that, the accused took measures to hide the traces of the committed crime: he hid the woman’s body in the cellar of the apartment and covered up the traces of blood, but on April 16, during a complex of operational-search measures and investigative actions, his involvement in the commission of the incriminated act was established, he was arrested, – reported in the Investigative Committee.
The man partially admitted his guilt, now he was imprisoned in a pre-trial detention center. The criminal case was transferred to the court for consideration on the merits.
In mid-July, the body of 31-year-old Ekaterina Plotnikova, who disappeared in February of this year, was found in the Novosibirsk region. Later it became known that an acquaintance had buried her body in a ravine.
