The Arbitration Court of the NSO rejected the claim of the Novosibirsk Mayor’s Office, which demanded to demolish the building in Pervomaisky Park, where the Park Cafe and the Perchini cafe are located.

The restrictions imposed earlier by the court have been lifted from OOO Antratsit, the owner of the building at Krasny Prospekt, 25/1.
According to the information in the court’s decision, the bans on making any transactions with respect to the building in which the Park Cafe and the Perchini restaurant are located, and on the transfer of ownership of it, were lifted from Anthracite.
The decision did not enter into force. At the time of publication, the journalist was unable to contact representatives of the company by phone numbers indicated in open sources.
Now the director of LLC «Anthracite» is Larisa Kozlova, her share in the business is 20%. At the end of 2020, the company’s net loss amounted to 960 thousand rubles. According to Kontur.Fokus, in November 2009, Restorator LLC filed a lawsuit against Anthracite LLC for the collection of 9.6 million rubles as the cost of renting non-residential premises at 25/1 Krasny Prospekt. The claim was denied.
In November last year, the Novosibirsk mayor’s office appealed to the regional arbitration court with a demand to oblige the owner to demolish the building in Pervomaisky square, where two well-known restaurants in the city operate.
The observer of the NGS asked the officials of the mayor’s office to explain what the essence of the claims was, and at the same time tried to figure out how this object appeared in the park and what kind of people own it. It turned out that the mayor’s office «did not notice» this building three years ago when it entered into another land lease agreement with the company that owns it. And this enterprise itself has not brought anything but losses for many years.
