On the afternoon of April 8, the Central District Court of Novosibirsk passed a verdict on the murderer of the head of the Zalessky housing cooperative, Oleg Archibasov. 53-year-old businessman Anatoly Parovoy was found guilty of the murder of Arch Ibasov.

— A guilty verdict was passed, a sentence of 9 years and 1 month of imprisonment in a strict regime correctional colony was assigned, — the NGS reported in court.

In addition, Parovoy will need to pay 1.5 million rubles of moral compensation to Archibasov’s relatives and a 40 thousand fine under Art. 222 part 1 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, their main parts, ammunition).

Oleg Archibasov was killed in January 2020. His body was found at the entrance to the territory of school No. 4 on Dostoevskogo street, 27. She stands right on the way from the house on Michurina, 20/1, where the ZhKS chairman lived, to his office on Kamenskaya, 53.

The deceased is known for protecting the interests of equity holders. The NGS has already written in detail about the conflicts of the chairman of the housing cooperative, but real estate experts linked the high-profile murder with loans issued by Oleg Archibasov.

Anatoly Parovoy was Archibasov’s business partner, he was detained in March. As investigators later said, the murder took place «on the basis of financial disputes, disagreements and debt obligations.» According to the investigation, the accused acted as an investor in the construction of a house in Zalessky. According to the agreement, he was to receive eight apartments, but received only six. In addition, he was entitled to profit from sales in the amount of 20 million, but the businessman never received this money.

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk Region reported that during the investigation, Parovoy was hiding in European countries, presumably in France, where he had real estate.
