Theaters have resumed their work in St. Petersburg. On the last day of 2020, the city government decided to reduce the duration of restrictions on the operation of theaters and allow them to receive spectators three days earlier – from January 7.

Theaters also open to viewers under 16 years old. New Year’s performances will be presented by the theaters “Baltic House”, “Workshop on Vacation”, the Mikhailovsky Theater and the Theater for Young Spectators named after Bryantsev. The Youth Theater, for example, will show the performances “Frost”, “The Snow Queen”, “Deniskin’s Stories”.
A complete list of institutions that will resume work is published on the website of the city administration. At the same time, groups of children are prohibited from attending theatrical performances until January 31st.
Theater halls cannot be more than a quarter full.
