On Monday, October 9, an accident involving a truck and a bus occurred on highway No. 90 near the village of Ptsael.
As a result of the incident, a 32-year-old man was killed by a truck driver. Another man, 20 years old, who was traveling with him, is in serious condition. He is immersed in a medical coma and connected to a ventilator. The deceased and wounded are Palestinian Arabs.
10 people on the bus were also injured. The bus driver, a 30-year-old man, is in a moderate severity condition. He suffered a chest injury. The man is taken by helicopter to the Adasa Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem.
Four more victims were taken from the bus to the Ha-Emek hospitals in Afula and the Adasa Ar ha-Tzofim hospitals in Jerusalem. The rest of the victims received assistance on the spot.
Earlier, an accident involving two vehicles occurred at the entrance to the Arab village of Shaab in the Northern District.
As a result, two people were seriously injured. This is a 54-year-old man with a limb injury and a 20-year-old girl with a head injury. A 23-year-old man sustained a chest injury and is in a moderately severe condition. Three casualties were taken to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
Two more people who were injured in an accident independently sought medical help.
