Chontel, 28, revealed on Instagram that she has begun her own eight-week HIIT program.
The mother-of-two, who gave birth to son Swayde Noel on September 20, said she decided to start right away to give herself renewed focus as well as a routine.

Chontel Duncan, 28, revealed on Instagram that she has begun her own eight-week HIIT Australia body transformation program (pictured) just weeks after giving birth

‘I did this after my first pregnancy, but it was months after the birth,’ she wrote on Instagram.
‘I regret not doing it sooner to be honest, because it FORCED me to find a new routine that involved prioritising my new bubba, business life, and my own health.’
Chontel revealed that in the months she wasn’t doing the program, she felt uneasy, unproductive, and neglectful to her health as well as her business.
‘What I realised when I was on the program is that I CAN still feel like me, be a mummy and get s*** done all at the same time,’ she said.
‘This program does more then just change your physical appearance, it changes your life even when your life seems so chaotic.’
Chontel has set her goals for the transformation week, which includes building a ‘stronger frame’ and being content with training less than she did before the baby.

The busy mum (pictured on Saturday) will not be headed to the gym quite just yet. For the first two weeks she will only focus on her nutrition as she is not yet allowed to train
‘I plan to…find a successful morning routine so I’m not eating super late in the day due to fussing over the two bubs like a headless chicken,’ she added.
And Chontel said she soon hopes to ‘feel my old fit self again’.
But the busy mum will not be headed to the gym just quite yet. For the first two weeks, Chontel will only focus on her nutrition as she is not yet allowed to train.
From the second to fourth week of the transformation, she will introduce cardio exercise with incline walking as well as the cross trainer and StairMaster.
In the fourth week Chontel will begin HIIT classes, including strength and conditioning and Muay Thai.
Although she’s still a few weeks from the gym, Chontel has already been flaunting her incredible post-pregnancy body on social media.

She recently snapped a full-body selfie in front of a mirror for her Instagram and included a lengthy caption about how every woman has their own ‘normal’.
‘Now before anyone jumps down my throat saying anything negative, think before you type,’ she wrote on the picture posted last week. ‘Everyone is unique and different in their own special way’.
‘There is no “one” journey or one way, this is my “normal”…I am only one person, so therefore I cannot possibly relate to everyone’s experience.’
‘If your instant response isn’t positive, I challenge you to see beyond your negativity and find the kindness within,’ she added.
Chontel, who also has 18-month-old son Jeremiah with husband Sam Duncan, delivered a bouncing baby boy at a healthy 3.8kg last month.

The Brisbane model and personal trainer continued to work out right until the birth of her second child
But Chontel came under severe scrutiny during her last pregnancy for having rock hard abs well into her third trimester
She shared photos of her and Sam embracing their new bundle of joy a day after giving birth, looking as glamorous as ever post-partum.
The Brisbane personal trainer continued to work out right until the birth of Swayde, publishing a video of her routine less than a week before she went into labour.
In the video, Chontel can be seen conducting a HIIT session with her trainer – which sees her work both her upper and lower body before giving birth.
The young mother kept her fans closely updated on her pregnancy journey and filmed herself completing squats, rowing, lifting and stretching.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Chontel said: ‘Everything I do is overseen and approved by my obstetrician; it’s minuscule compared to what my body is used to.’
